Product Overview +Flow rates up to 1000 lpm per channel for a total maximum flow of 6000 lpm.

Specifications Gas Mixing Specifications
Reactant Gas Control: Individual mass flow control and blanding of 0-6 oxidants and 0-6 fuels for a unit maximum of six gas channels
Full Scale Flow per Channel: 5 sccpm to 1000 slpm
Gas Inlet Valve: Pneumatically operated
Purge: Separate purge systems for fuel and oxidant gases
Purge Flow Control: Fixed orifice, normally open valve (external rotometer optional)
Inlet Gas Pressure Range: Must be held to with 5% of 170 psi (other inlet pressure settings available at no cost, inlet pressure regulation optional)
Purge Gas Inlet Pressure Range: Must be held to within 5% of 120 psi (other inlet pressure settings available at time of order, inlet pressure regulation optional)
