Each module provides a turnkey solution for mass flow control based air delivery to the device under test. A pressure transducer is located directly upstream of the mass flow controller and sends a signal to an air flow controller which will determine the required speed of the blower to meet the desired flow rate. The purge subsystem contains a variable area flow meter easily accessible from the front panel. Front panel display of status provides for quick verification and easy diagnostics. The module comes in a standard rack mount size for simple integration into an existing test stand or as part of a custom configured Fideris Test Stand. Most common uses include fuel cell testing and environmental chambers where air needs to be passed through heaters at high flow rates.
